Wow, little girl. You are ONE. On your first birthday we had lots of fun. We woke up and Mommy and Daddy sang you Happy Birthday while we got you dressed. You and Mommy went to eat breakfast at Chick Fil A, then met up with Daddy and went shopping. We came home so you could rest up for your big evening plans. We took you to the Dallas Arboretum's 12 Days of Christmas At Night, and GG, Grandpa, and Aunt Seester came too. It was beautiful and you loved looking at all the displays. Then we took you to your favorite restaurant, Mi Cocina, for dinner, where Grandma and Aunt Brandy met us. You had a wonderful first birthday and you were a super happy girl.

- You get shy around large groups
- You only "go" to certain people
- You definitely know who Mommy and Daddy are, and get sad when they leave the room and happy when they come back
- You are standing up but still have no interest in taking any steps
- You are so smart. You show us where your nose is (most of the time) and know lots of words and objects
- You love patty cake, and toys where you can fit shapes through the holes!
- You say Hiiiiii Daaaaa! It's the cutest!
- When you get really excited while playing with your toys, you kick your feet back and forth on the ground and wave your hands in the air!
